PAYMENT METHOD
Hometownmallonline.com accepts various
forms of payment in US currency. We accept Credit Cards, Paypal,
Wire Transfer, and Pre-payment with Checks or Money Orders. Currently we do not accept
COD payment.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through the Yahoo
checkout process or by phone. We also accept Discover through Paypal checkout. There is No "surcharges"
of any kind for credit card payments. We prefer that orders placed by credit
card be shipped to billing address associated with the credit card, but you may
choose to enter a different shipping address if the billing address entered is
correct. Hometownmallonline.com does
not condone credit card fraud and will aggressively involve law enforcement in any
fraud cases detected.
PAYPAL: We accept Paypal payments through our shopping cart. You can make a regular Paypal payment to
sales@hometownmallonline.com or
use checkout with Paypal to pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover).
PRE-PAYMENT with a Check/Money order: We accept Pre-payment with cashier's check,
personal or company checks, and money orders. We recommend that you place the order
online, and then select "Check/Money Order " as the payment method. After you get
an order number and total amount of your order, you can print or make reference to the order
number and mail payment to the address below for the exact amount to us. We will ship your products within
1-2 business days after the check is cleared. Note: Orders via Check/Money order
are not confirmed until payment is received. Personal and Company
checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the
bank. If we do not receive your payment in 10 business days, we will consider any pending orders
cancelled.

Hometownmallonline.com offers a friendly Return/Exchange Policy:
Only defective products will be offered for replacement or exchange. No refunds are offered. Returns/Exchanges MUST have the invoice/packing slip and be received within 15 days from date of purchase in the original product packaging. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if product is out of stock) after you have returned the product.
Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable. Return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, while outbound replacement shipments will be paid by the seller. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive the return product. No refunds on Shipping costs and any soiled/used products. If product is covered by manufacturer warranty, you will be required to contact the manufacturer to process your warranty claim. -R in the code of the product denotes a factory refurbished unit.
- We take great pride in shipping your orders
accurately and promptly. Any incorrect shipment or
shortages must be made known to
Hometownmallonline.com(HTMO) within 4 days of
receipt.
- Exchange can only be issued on defective
aftermarket (non-OEM) accessory products returned
within 15 days of HTMO delivery.
- All defective OEM accessory product/warranty
issues must be taken to the manufacturer. Please
follow
to the appropriate manufacturer.
- Merchandise that is out of warranty, has been
physically damaged, abused, misused or neglected,
will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
- All returns on non-defective merchandise
returned after 7 days of HTMO' invoice will be
subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
- Credit cannot be issued until HTMO tests and
inspects all merchandise prior to making a
determination on disposition of the returned
product.
- All returns of non-defective merchandise must be
in original packaging and complete to receive credit
(any returns with defaced original packaging will be
returned).
- The customer is responsible for all freight
charges on returns.
- It is extremely important that detailed
instructions regarding the symptoms and all problems
are thoroughly explained in writing below.
- HTMO is not responsible for parts attached or
unattached to the authorized products that are
returned to HTMO, but not listed on the RMA request
form.
- All returns should be shipped via UPS, DHL,
FEDEX or Certified Mail in order to assure tracking
capabilities. HTMO assumes no responsibility for any
return merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issue
date; returns received with invalid or missing RMA
numbers will be refused.
